North Carolina High School Soccer - Salem Academy overwhelmed by The Burlington School
March 28, 2025: Winston-Salem, NC 27101 The The Burlington School Spartans smashed the host Salem Academy Sabers soccer team by a tally of 5-0 in Friday's non-league game.
Next, the Spartans face the Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC) in a NCISAA Triad game, on Tuesday, April 1. The Burlington School will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Quakers enter the game with a 3-3 record after their 4-0 league win over Cristo Rey Research Triangle (Durham, NC).
The Sabers (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Chatham Hall (Chatham, VA). The Turtles enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Chatham Hall was overwhelmed by Chatham (Chatham, VA), 9-0, in a non-league game.
