The Catawba Ridge Copperheads lacrosse squad scored 6 points and limited the host Ballantyne Ridge Wolves to 5 in the Copperheads non-league triumph on Friday.

The Copperheads now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Clover for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. Catawba Ridge will clash with a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 9-1 league win over Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Ballantyne Ridge falls to 4-5 on the year. The Wolves host A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 9-2.
