Oklahoma High School Soccer - Casady nudges Bishop McGuinness
March 28, 2025: Oklahoma City, OK 73120 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Casady Cyclones soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish.
The Cyclones (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Oklahoma Christian (Edmond, OK). The Saints go into the 3A District 1 outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Oklahoma Christian was edged by Christian Heritage (Del City, OK), 4-3, in a league outing.
Next up, the Fighting Irish play the El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK) in a 5A District 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 1. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 0-0 non-league Cache (Cache, OK).
