New Jersey High School Softball - Sterling bounces Clayton
March 28, 2025: Clayton, NJ 08312 The Sterling Silver Knights (Somerdale, NJ) softball routed the host Clayton Clippers (Clayton, NJ), 24-9 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Silver Knights now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gloucester City for a Colonial - Liberty outing on Thursday, April 3.
With the loss, Clayton moves to 0-1 on the season. The Clippers travel to Pitman (Pitman, NJ) to encounter the Panthers in a Tri-County - Classic outing on Monday, March 31. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 1-0. Pitman won 21-1 in their recent non-league outing against Penns Grove (Carneys Point, NJ)
