March 28, 2025: Magazine, AR 72943 The Magazine Rattlers triumphed over the visiting Valley Springs Tigers softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Rattlers play the Buffalo Island Central Mustangs (Monette, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 29. Magazine will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Marshall (Marshall, AR).
The Tigers (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Yellville-Summit (Yellville, AR). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Yellville-Summit was routed by Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR), 9-0, in a non-league challenge.
