The Mifflin County Huskies nudged the host Central Mountain Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 8-7 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Huskies now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cumberland Valley for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout on Tuesday, March 30. Mifflin County will face a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Northern York (Dillsburg, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

Next, the Wildcats face the Montoursville Warriors (Montoursville, PA) in a Heartland I bout, on Wednesday, March 31. Central Mountain will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
