Louisiana High School Softball - Bunkie bounces Oak Hill
March 29, 2021: Bunkie, LA 71322 Bunkie Panthers (Bunkie, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Oak Hill Rams (Hineston, LA), 21-15 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holy Savior Menard for a 2A District 4 challenge on Tuesday, March 30. Bunkie will face a Eagles squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Buckeye (Buckeye, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-8.
With the loss, Oak Hill falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Leesville (Leesville, LA) to face the Wampus Cats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 30. The Wampus Cats enter the challenge with a record of 4-13.
