Illinois High School Baseball - St. Charles North holds off Grant Community
March 29, 2022: St. Charles, IL 60175 St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL), 9-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Charles North upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The North Stars host Wauconda (Wauconda, IL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 30. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-3. Wauconda lost 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Belleville East (Belleville, IL)
With the defeat, Grant Community falls to 3-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 29. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-1. Grayslake North won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL)
