Arizona High School Softball - Basha bounces Casteel
March 29, 2023: Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ), 14-7 in a league challenge.
The Bears now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Perry for a challenge on Friday, March 31. Basha will face a Pumas squad coming off a 10-6 league loss to Basha (Chandler, AZ). The Pumas record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Casteel falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Pride in a challenge on Friday, March 31. The Pride enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. Mountain Pointe won 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Higley (Gilbert, AZ)
