March 29, 2024: Vinton, VA 24179 The William Byrd Terriers softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Bassett Bengals to 2 in the Terriers non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, William Byrd improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Terriers host Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, March 30. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-11. Magna Vista lost 19-4 in their recent non-league game against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA)
