In Friday's non-league contest, the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) softball team overwhelmed the host Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN), by a margin of 10-0.

With the triumph, Hanover Central moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Hobart (Hobart, IN) to play the Brickies in a Northwest Crossroads contest on Tuesday, April 2. The Brickies come into the contest with a record of 1-0.
