Arkansas High School Softball - Harrison gets by Valley Springs
March 29, 2024: Harrison, AR 72601 The Harrison Goblins nipped the visiting Valley Springs Tigers softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Goblins (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Greenwood (Greenwood, AR). The Bulldogs go into the 5A West battle with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Greenwood nipped Mena (Mena, AR), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers play the Bradford Eagles (Bradford, AR) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 30. Valley Springs will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 8-3 league win over Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR).
