Alabama High School Softball - Sparkman can't get by Huntsville
March 29, 2024: Huntsville, AL 35801 In Friday's league contest, the Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) softball team held off the visiting Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL), by a margin of 7-6.
With the triumph, Huntsville moves its record to 14-9 on the year. The Panthers host Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Monday, April 1. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 9-14. Scottsboro lost 12-3 in their recent non-league contest against North Jackson (Stevenson, AL)
In their next game, the Senators play the Grissom Tigers (Huntsville, AL) in a 7A Area 7 contest, on Tuesday, April 2. Sparkman will attempt to move on its 8-12 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 7-14 record after their 3-1 league win over Albertville (Albertville, AL).
