Alabama High School Baseball - Wetumpka sneaks past Autauga Academy
March 29, 2025: Wetumpka, AL 36092 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Wetumpka Indians (Wetumpka, AL) and the visiting Autauga Academy Generals (Prattville, AL), saw Wetumpka's baseball team get by Autauga Academy by a tally of 5-4.
The Indians (14-10) will now prepare for their battle against Charles Henderson (Troy, AL). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, Charles Henderson held off Holtville (Deatsville, AL), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Generals face the Billingsley Bears (Billingsley, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Autauga Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 12-6 record after their 10-5 non-league loss to Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR).
