March 29, 2025: Louisville, KY 40222 The Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) baseball got by the visiting Olentangy Liberty Patriots (Powell, OH), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bruins now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hilliard Davidson for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. Ballard will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Olentangy Liberty drops to 1-2 on the year. The Patriots travel to St. Xavier (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 29. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 5-2. St. Xavier lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH)
