With the triumph, Owen County moves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Rebels host Walton-Verona (Walton, KY) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Bearcats come into the contest with a record of 5-4. Walton-Verona lost 13-3 in their recent non-league contest against Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH)
The Cougars now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williamstown for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1.
