March 29, 2025: Charleston, WV 25311 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Gibbs Eagles (Corryton, TN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), by a score of 11-1.
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Christian Academy of Knoxville Warriors (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 2. Gibbs will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 15-4 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Howland (Warren, OH).
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV). The Black Eagles enter the Mountain State bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, South Charleston achieved victory over Nitro (Nitro, WV), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
