Missouri High School Baseball - West Platte loses to Chillicothe
March 29, 2025: Chillicothe, MO 64601 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Chillicothe Hornets (Chillicothe, MO) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO), by a tally of 6-0.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the Macon Tigers (Macon, MO) in a Class 4 District 7 bout, on Monday, March 31. Chillicothe will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Maryville (Maryville, MO).
The Bluejays (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against North Andrew (Rosendale, MO). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, North Andrew was overwhelmed by East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] (Tarkio, MO), 12-1, in a non-league bout.
