The May River Sharks nipped the visiting Fairview Knights baseball squad by a score of 9-8 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Sharks encounter the Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) in a 4A Region 7 outing, on Monday, March 31. May River will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 7-4 record after their 13-1 league win over Colleton County (Walterboro, SC).
