California High School Volleyball - El Capitan Northgate
March 29, 2025: Merced, CA 95348 Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Northgate advances its record to 16-4 on the season. The Broncos travel to Pacheco (Los Banos, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-4. Pacheco lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Lathrop (Lathrop, CA)
The Gauchos now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden Valley for a test on Tuesday, April 1. El Capitan will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Buhach Colony (Atwater, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 13-3.
