Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sage Hill advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Lightning host Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA) to face the Breakers in a test on Tuesday, April 1. The Breakers go into the test with a record of 10-7. Laguna Beach lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Portola (Irvine, CA)

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rialto for a non-league test on Saturday, March 29.
