California High School Volleyball - St. Ignatius College Preparatory can't get by Central
March 29, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94116 The Central Grizzlies edged the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Grizzlies confront the Clovis North Broncos (Fresno, CA) in a Tri-River game, on Tuesday, April 1. Central will attempt to advance on its 16-7 season record. The Broncos go into the game with a 15-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Clovis East (Clovis, CA).
The Wildcats (3-14) will now prepare for their game against Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Padres go into the WCAL game with a 15-9 record. In their last game, Junipero Serra nudged Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
