Louisiana High School Softball - Haughton bounces Claiborne Christian
March 29, 2025: Haughton, LA 71037 The Haughton Buccaneers softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Claiborne Christian Crusaders to 0 in the Buccaneers non-league win on Saturday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkway for a 5A District 1 battle on Tuesday, April 1. Haughton will confront a Panthers team coming off a 9-7 league loss to Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Claiborne Christian moves to 5-10 on the season. The Crusaders host Forest (Forest, LA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 6-9. Forest lost 10-7 in their recent non-league battle against Delhi Charter (Delhi, LA)
