Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Des Arc Eagles (Des Arc, AR), 11-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Hernando improves its record to 19-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Oxford (Oxford, MS) to face the Chargers in a 7A Region 1 game on Tuesday, April 1. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 9-10. Oxford lost 7-0 in their recent non-league game against North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS)

The Eagles now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Hazen for a 2A Region 6 game on Monday, March 31. Des Arc will face a Hornets squad coming off a 22-12 league win over Barton (Lexa, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 2-4.
