Florida High School Softball - Tampa Catholic bounces Admiral Farragut
March 30, 2021: Tampa, FL 33603 Tampa Catholic Crusaders (Tampa, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Admiral Farragut Blue Jackets (St. Petersburg, FL), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Sumner for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 1. Tampa Catholic will face a Stingrays squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Spoto (Riverview, FL). The Stingrays record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Admiral Farragut falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Blue jackets travel to Northside Christian (St. Petersburg, FL) to face the Mustangs in a 2A District 10 challenge on Wednesday, March 31. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Northside Christian lost 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, FL)
