California High School Volleyball - Rio Hondo Prep tips Glendale Adventist
March 30, 2023: Arcadia, CA 91066 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA) and the visiting Glendale Adventist Cougars (Glendale, CA), saw Rio Hondo Prep's volleyball squad nip Glendale Adventist by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Rio Hondo Prep upgrades its record to 15-8 on the year. The Kares host Marshall (Pasadena, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, April 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Marshall lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA)
The Cougars now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) for a Liberty test on Saturday, April 1. Glendale Adventist will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Providence (Burbank, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-11.
