Virginia High School Soccer - Jamestown knocks off Heritage
March 30, 2023: Williamsburg, VA 23185 The Jamestown Eagles soccer team scored 16 points and limited the visiting Heritage Hurricanes to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Eagles face the Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) in a Bay Rivers contest, on Tuesday, April 11. Jamestown will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Islanders enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Grafton (Yorktown, VA).
The Hurricanes (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Phoebus (Hampton, VA). The Phantoms go into the Peninsula battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Phoebus was overwhelmed by Bethel (Hampton, VA), 8-0, in a league battle.
