Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC), 15-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Alleghany upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to East Wilkes (Ronda, NC) to battle the Cardinals in a test on Tuesday, April 4. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 5-4. East Wilkes lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Elkin (Elkin, NC)
