Florida High School Lacrosse - Venice drops to Manatee
March 30, 2023: Venice, FL 34285 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Manatee Hurricanes lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Venice Indians.
The Hurricanes now have a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host Berkeley Prep for a non-league test on Monday, April 3. Manatee will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 19-3 non-league loss to Plant (Tampa, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-10.
In their next game, the Indians face the Sarasota Sailors (Sarasota, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 31. Venice will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Sailors come into the test with a 7-7 record after their 14-10 non-league win over Out-of-Door Academy (Sarasota, FL).
