March 30, 2023: West Liberty, IA 52776 Muscatine Muskies (Muscatine, IA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Muskies confront the Hempstead Mustangs (Dubuque, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 6. Muscatine will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Dubuque Senior (Dubuque, IA).
The Comets now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Clear Creek-Amana for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 6.
