The DeSoto Central Jaguars softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Olive Branch Conquistadors to 0 in the Jaguars league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, DeSoto Central improves its record to 10-7 on the year. The Jaguars host Germantown (Madison, MS) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league game on Saturday, April 1. The Mavericks come into the game with a record of 9-7.

In their next game, the Conquistadors clash with the Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 31. Olive Branch will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The come into the game with a 2-11 record after their 15-2 league loss to Lafayette (Oxford, MS).
