In Saturday's non-league game, the host South Central Falcons baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Pine Forest Trojans.

The Falcons (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Eastern Randolph was overwhelmed by Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC), 7-0, in a league game.
