California High School Volleyball - Merced tips Del Oro

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Merced Bears (Merced, CA) and the visiting Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA), saw Merced's volleyball squad nip Del Oro by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Merced upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Bears travel to Central Valley (Ceres, CA) to play the Hawks in a bout on Monday, April 8. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Central Valley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ripon (Ripon, CA)
