Ohio High School Softball - Barnesville bounces Bridgeport
March 30, 2024: Bridgeport, OH 43912 Barnesville Shamrocks (Barnesville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, OH), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Shamrocks now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Caldwell for a Pioneer Valley challenge on Monday, April 1. Barnesville will face a Redskins squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Shadyside (Shadyside, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Bridgeport falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Valley (Pine Grove, WV) to face the Lumberjacks in a Mason-Dixon challenge on Monday, April 1. The Lumberjacks enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
