March 30, 2024: Liberty Township, OH 45044 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Lakota East Thunderhawks (Liberty Township, OH) and the visiting Simon Kenton Pioneers (Independence, KY), witnessed Lakota East's softball squad prevail over Simon Kenton by a count of 14-4.
The Thunderhawks now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Middletown for a Greater Miami match on Wednesday, April 3.
With the loss, Simon Kenton moves to 3-4 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Bracken County (Brooksville, KY) to face the Polar Bears in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 3.
