West Virginia High School Softball - Point Pleasant edged by Wahama
March 30, 2024: Point Pleasant, WV 25550 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Wahama White Falcons softball team scored a close 11-10 win over the Point Pleasant Big Blacks.
With the triumph, Wahama moves its record to 7-4 on the year. The White Falcons travel to Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV) to play the Red Devils in a Little Kanawha contest on Thursday, April 4. The Red Devils come into the contest with a record of 1-4. Ravenswood lost 4-0 in their recent league contest against St. Marys (St. Marys, WV)
In their next game, the Big Blacks play the Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 2. Point Pleasant will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Skyhawks come into the contest with a 6-5 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV).
