Kentucky High School Baseball - Payton College Prep loses to Great Crossing

March 30, 2025: Georgetown, KY

In Sunday's non-league bout, the Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Payton College Prep Grizzlies (Chicago, IL), by a tally of 14-4.

Next up, the encounter the Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 2. Great Crossing will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Broncos enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY).

The Grizzlies (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league bout with a 8-0 record. In their last bout, Rolling Meadows overcame Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL), 13-5, in a non-league bout.
