Old Forge Blue Devils (Old Forge, PA) fans left the game pleased Sunday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA), 6-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Old Forge advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Blue Devils host Mid Valley (Throop, PA) to battle the Spartans in a Lackawanna 2 match on Wednesday, April 2. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 3-1. Mid Valley won 15-5 in their recent non-league match against Montrose (Montrose, PA)

The Invaders now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wallenpaupack Area for a Lackawanna 1 match on Wednesday, April 2. West Scranton will battle a Buckhorns squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Honesdale (Honesdale, PA). The Buckhorns record now stands at 1-3.
