The Appomattox County Raiders overwhelmed the visiting Buckingham Knights soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Raiders now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Nelson County for a Dogwood challenge on Wednesday, April 1. Appomattox County will encounter a Governors squad coming off a 2-2 league Altavista (Altavista, VA). The Governors record now stands at 2-0.
