March 30, 2026: Ijamsville, MD 21754 In Monday's non-league test, the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) softball team nipped the visiting Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD), by a margin of 2-1.
The Hawks now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frederick for a CMC outing on Wednesday, April 1. Urbana will encounter a Cadets team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Tuscarora (Frederick, MD). The Cadets record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Linganore drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Tuscarora (Frederick, MD) to clash with the Titans in a CMC test on Wednesday, April 1. The Titans go into the test with a record of 1-5. Tuscarora won 11-1 in their recent league test against Frederick (Frederick, MD)
