The Section Lions crushed the visiting Sylvania Rams baseball team by a count of 11-4 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ider for a 2A Area 15 bout on Tuesday, April 5. Section will face a Hornets team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Plainview (Rainsville, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 15-4.
