Lutheran Mustangs (San Antonio, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host San Marcos Academy Bears (San Marcos, TX), 6-3 in a league test.

With the win, Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to San Marcos Academy (San Marcos, TX) to battle the Bears in a TAPPS Division IV District 4 test on Monday, April 17. The Bears come into the test with a record of 7-7.
