Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Newberry Bulldogs (Newberry, SC), 5-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 3. Saluda will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.

The Bulldogs now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mid-Carolina for a challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Newberry will confront a Rebels team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Aiken (Aiken, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 5-2.
