California High School Softball - Poway bounces El Modena
March 31, 2023: Orange, CA 92869 Poway Titans (Poway, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Titans now sport a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley View for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 31. Poway will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Orange Vista (Perris, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, El Modena falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Vanguards travel to Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 31. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a record of 8-5. Yucaipa won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA)
