The Marvin Ridge Mavericks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Porter Ridge Pirates to 1 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Mavericks now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Myers Park for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 2. Marvin Ridge will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.
