Iowa High School Soccer - Northeast knocks off Wapello
March 31, 2025: Wapello, IA 52653 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Northeast Rebels (Goose Lake, IA) and the host Wapello Indians (Wapello, IA), saw Northeast's soccer squad prevail over Wapello by a score of 4-0.
The Rebels (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central DeWitt (DeWitt, IA). The enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Central DeWitt by Iowa City (Iowa City, IA), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Indians confront the Cedar Valley Christian Huskies (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Wapello will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Huskies enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA).
