Arkansas High School Softball - Dardanelle bested by Morrilton
March 31, 2025: Morrilton, AR 72110 The Morrilton Devil Dogs softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Dardanelle Sand Lizards to 0 in the Devil Dogs non-league win on Monday.
The Devil Dogs now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bauxite for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 1. Morrilton will confront a Miners team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Woodlawn (Rison, AR). The Miners record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Dardanelle drops to 6-7 on the campaign. The Sand lizards travel to Ozark (Ozark, AR) to meet the Hillbillies in a 4A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Hillbillies go into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Ozark lost 11-2 in their recent league challenge against Clarksville (Clarksville, AR)
