In Monday's non-league test, the Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY), by a tally of 19-9.

Next, the Marshals clash with the Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) in a District 4 test, on Tuesday, April 1. Marshall County will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record.

The Braves (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record.
