Pennsylvania High School Softball - Northwest Area drops to North Pocono

North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA), 10-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, North Pocono improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Trojans travel to Valley View (Archbald, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 2. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 3-0. Valley View won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA)

The Rangers now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia Montour Vo-Tech for a Mid-Penn D4 game on Thursday, April 3.
