Porter Spartans (Porter, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX), 13-1 in a league test.

With the win, Porter upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX) to battle the Bears in a 5A Region III District 20 test on Tuesday, April 19. The Bears come into the test with a record of 8-8.
